Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating store events and client engagement initiatives.
  • Create proposals, evite requests, and event timelines for store events and client engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare post-event recaps and ad-hoc analysis to support sales and client initiatives.
  • Assist with the coordination of event logistics including catering, model management, hair and makeup, sample management, and gifting.
  • Conduct research on new market landscapes and competitive event research.
  • Assist with invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Support on-site at local events with ad-hoc responsibilities such as check-in and model fittings.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a college or university.
  • Availability to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure for new processes.

Experience

No specific prior experience required, but a background in event planning or client engagement is advantageous.

Education

Must be enrolled in college or university.
