Client Engagement Intern

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating store events and client engagement initiatives.
• Create proposals, evite requests, and event timelines for store events.
• Prepare post-event recaps and conduct ad-hoc analysis to support sales and client initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics including catering, models, hair and makeup, sample management, and gifting.
• Conduct research on new market landscapes and competitive events.
• Assist with invoicing and budget tracking.
• Support on-site at local events with responsibilities such as check-in and model fittings.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university.
• Availability to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with event coordination is advantageous.
