Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding and anticipating their needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
  • Maintain a transparent and genuine rapport with clients to establish unique connections.
  • Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize available tools effectively to optimize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency with tools and technology, and adaptability to new applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, passionate, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language; additional languages preferred.
