Role & Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize available tools effectively to optimize business opportunities.
  • Support both front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit and achievements.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Skills

Proficiency with tools and applications, with a quick learning ability for new technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Proactive, enthusiastic, and problem-solving attitude. Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and the local language. Adaptability to change and a growth-oriented mindset.

Experience
