Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in Taipei to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary client service and after‑sales care, ensuring every interaction is personalized, discreet and memorable.
  • Cultivate and manage a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship nurturing to grow repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs by applying a business‑minded, entrepreneurial approach to selling.
  • Curate and present personalized, versatile looks that reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and meet client needs.
  • Utilize available tools and systems to identify business opportunities, manage client records and optimize sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to support daily operations and contribute to collective store performance.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, visual standards and operational procedures while representing the brand with authenticity and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high‑end customer service or luxury retail, fashion accessories or hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and personal styling with an eye for creating timeless silhouettes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial drive and a results‑oriented approach.
  • Strong team orientation and the ability to support colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new applications and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language (Mandarin Chinese).
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced boutique setting.

Experience
