Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and provide outstanding customer and after-sales service.
  • Actively develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Maintain high product knowledge and stay updated with market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure organization, grooming, and appearance standards are met.
  • Support management with in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
  • Assist with back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.
