Role & Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide exemplary customer and after-sales service.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
• Maintain organizational, grooming, and appearance standards in accordance with guidelines.
• Support management with key in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
• Contribute to back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
• Strong product sensitivity and market/fashion trend knowledge.
