Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional, sophisticated in-store and after-sales experience to all clients and visitors.
  • Actively connect, reconnect and build trust with clients; identify needs, anticipate requests and cultivate a robust client portfolio.
  • Drive personal sales and contribute to store KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile and stylish looks for clients that reflect the Maison’s aesthetic.
  • Use available digital and in-store tools to identify and optimise commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate proactively with front- and back-of-house teams to support collective targets and store performance.
  • Communicate professionally and transparently with clients and colleagues while upholding brand standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in client-facing roles—preferably luxury fashion or accessories retail, customer service, or high-end hospitality.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion, styling and creating tailored client looks.
  • Business-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and a track record (or appetite) for meeting sales targets.
  • Strong team orientation, adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and point-of-sale applications; quick to adopt new technology.
  • Proactive, solution-focused attitude with excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English.

Experience

Preferred: prior experience in luxury retail, fashion accessories or luxury hospitality delivering high-touch client service and achieving individual sales targets.
