Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Palm Beach to deliver luxury client service, cultivate a client portfolio and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store client service and high-quality after-sales support, ensuring a discreet and memorable luxury experience.
  • Drive individual sales and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling, prospecting and portfolio cultivation.
  • Identify client needs and translate them into personalised product recommendations and timeless styling solutions.
  • Manage and grow a loyal client portfolio by nurturing relationships, scheduling follow-ups and anticipating future requests.
  • Utilise store tools and applications (CRM, POS and appointment platforms) to optimise business opportunities and record client interactions.
  • Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations, visual standards and a cohesive team performance.
  • Communicate professionally and transparently with clients and colleagues, upholding Maison standards and operational procedures.
  • Adhere to all company policies and contribute positively to store atmosphere and brand image.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing experience in fashion, accessories retail, luxury hospitality or high-end customer service (preferred).
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and ability to create personalised looks and styling choices.
  • Business-minded, entrepreneurial approach with a focus on sales and KPI achievement.
  • Strong team spirit and commitment to shared targets and store success.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to adopt new retail technologies and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced boutique environment; creative and open-minded.
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience

Preferred: 2+ years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, fashion or luxury hospitality, with a proven track record of building client relationships and meeting sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in fashion, retail or customer service are a plus.
