Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales support to all visitors and clients.
  • Engage passionately with clients, placing them at the forefront to identify and anticipate their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive proactive business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
  • Foster genuine connections with clients through transparent communication.
  • Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
