Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in New York (Saks) — retail role delivering luxury client service. $20–23/hr plus commission and benefits.

Saint Laurent is an iconic Parisian luxury maison renowned for modern, provocative couture and prêt-à-porter. The house is part of the Kering luxury group and operates globally across ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes and accessories, combining rigorous craftsmanship with a contemporary aesthetic.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across the entire customer journey including after-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio, proactively cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
- Offer tailored styling and product advice to craft versatile, timeless looks that reflect the House aesthetic.
- Use available retail tools and systems to identify and convert business opportunities effectively.
- Collaborate proactively with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations and foster team performance.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, visual and service standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in client-facing roles; experience in fashion, accessories retail, customer service or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Strong commercial orientation with an entrepreneurial spirit and results-driven mentality.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English; proficiency in the local language is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable using retail applications and digital tools; quick to adapt to new technology.
- Demonstrable team spirit, adaptability, and capacity to perform in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude with a genuine passion for fashion and client experience.
Skills
Experience
Preferred experience in customer-facing roles within luxury retail, fashion & accessories, customer service or luxury hospitality; experience building client portfolios and meeting sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail, or a related discipline is a plus.
