Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Mount Royal, Canada to deliver luxury customer service, build client relationships and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and after-sales care to all clients and visitors, ensuring a memorable and sophisticated luxury experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and a proactive client portfolio through targeted clienteling and follow-up.
  • Identify client needs, anticipate future requests and provide personalised styling and product recommendations that reflect the house’s aesthetic.
  • Drive sales performance to exceed individual targets and KPIs through a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create tailored, versatile and timeless looks for clients and demonstrate deep knowledge of fashion culture and product assortments.
  • Communicate transparently and professionally with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Use available tools and systems to optimise commercial opportunities and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal and external teams to support store operations and the overall team’s success.
  • Adhere to company policies, brand image standards and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality service in a client-facing role (luxury retail, fashion accessories, hospitality or high-end customer service).
  • Strong passion for fashion and the ability to create personalised looks for clients.
  • Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial drive to generate and grow business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team orientation to achieve common goals.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; adaptable to new technologies.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and remain creative under pressure.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative and a solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language; additional languages are an asset.

Experience
