Role & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support to all visitors and clients.

Drive performance to exceed individual sales and key performance indicators through entrepreneurial spirit and approach.

Maintain a transparent and authentic attitude with clients, fostering unique connections.
Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.

Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in delivering high-quality service in client-facing roles, such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Skills

Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks. Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong team spirit to achieve common goals. Comfortable with tools and applications, quickly adapting to new technologies. Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and prioritizing effectively. Proactive, passionate, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills in English and the local language; additional languages preferred. Open to change and viewing it as an opportunity for growth and development.

Experience

Experience in high-quality service roles within fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is desired.
