Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Montreal (Holt Renfrew) to drive sales, clienteling and personalised styling for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience across sales and after‑sales interactions to uphold the Maison’s luxury standards.
  • Proactively cultivate and expand a proprietary client portfolio through clienteling, outreach and relationship management.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a commercial, entrepreneurial approach to selling.
  • Create tailored looks and offer styling advice that reflect the brand aesthetic and clients’ lifestyles.
  • Utilize in‑store systems and available digital tools to identify opportunities, manage appointments and optimise sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to support store operations, stock flow and a cohesive team performance.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues, ensuring accuracy in transactions and service follow‑up.
  • Adhere to company policies, visual standards and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client‑facing roles delivering high‑quality service, preferably in luxury fashion, accessories retail or upscale hospitality.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and the ability to create refined, personalised silhouettes for clients.
  • Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive and a strong orientation to meeting sales objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language (French); additional languages are an asset.
  • Comfortable with retail technology and able to adapt quickly to new tools and applications.
  • Resilient, organised and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience
