Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client and after‑sales service, ensuring each interaction reflects the Maison’s standards and image.
- Build and nurture a proactive client portfolio through regular contact, personalized follow‑up and relationship cultivation.
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store KPIs with an entrepreneurial, business‑minded approach.
- Create personalized, versatile and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating a refined knowledge of product and fashion culture.
- Use available digital and CRM tools to identify and optimise commercial opportunities and keep accurate client records.
- Support front‑ and back‑of‑house operations to maintain high service levels and a collaborative team environment.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, adhering to all company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering high‑quality client service in fashion & accessory retail, luxury hospitality or customer service environments is preferred.
- Demonstrable personal taste and a genuine passion for fashion and styling.
- Commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results‑driven attitude.
- Strong team orientation and the ability to contribute to a high‑performing retail environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Skills
Experience
Prior professional experience in luxury retail, fashion & accessories, or luxury hospitality is preferred; evidence of clienteling, portfolio growth and consistent sales attainment is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
