Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in London (Bond St) to deliver personalised luxury clientelling and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience across sales and after-sales interactions, consistent with Maison standards.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust client portfolio through clienteling, follow-up and tailored outreach.
  • Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalised, refined looks demonstrating a strong sense of style and deep product knowledge.
  • Use CRM, POS and other retail tools to identify and convert business opportunities.
  • Support front- and back-of-house teams to ensure operational excellence and a cohesive team environment.
  • Uphold company policies, brand image and visual standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high-quality client service within fashion & accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality (preferred).
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and ability to create personalised styling solutions.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative approach to achieve shared objectives.
  • Comfortable with retail technologies and quick to adopt new applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience

Preferred professional experience in luxury retail, fashion accessories or luxury hospitality with demonstrable client service skills and evidence of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
