Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in London (Harrods). Deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a refined, memorable in-store client experience and best-in-class after-sales service to all visitors and customers.
  • Build and maintain a proactive client portfolio through targeted outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs by adopting a commercial, entrepreneurial approach to selling.
  • Create personalized, versatile styling solutions that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and meet client needs.
  • Use available sales and clienteling tools to capture opportunities and optimise business performance.
  • Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations and foster a cohesive team spirit.
  • Adhere to company policies, visual merchandising and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-end fashion or accessories retail, customer service or luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and an ability to create personalized looks and styling proposals.
  • Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude toward sales and client development.
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to support colleagues and contribute to shared goals.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and clienteling applications; quick to learn new technologies.

Experience

Previous professional experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, accessories or luxury hospitality with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and contributing to sales performance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
