Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships actively.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
- Ensure organization, grooming, and appearance standards are met.
- Support management with in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
- Contribute to back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.
