Client Advisor
Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Las Vegas (Crystals) to deliver luxury client service, build a client portfolio and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience to all visitors and clients across in-store and after-sales interactions.
- Build and cultivate a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management to generate repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through an entrepreneurial, business-minded approach.
- Curate personalized looks and style recommendations that reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and clients’ preferences.
- Use digital tools and point-of-sale systems to record client data, manage appointments and optimize commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations, seamless client journeys and a strong team spirit.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, visual and operational standards, and brand service protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role in luxury retail, fashion & accessories, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion, styling and creating personalized client silhouettes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on commercial performance and KPI achievement.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Comfortable using retail applications and digital clienteling tools; quick to adapt to new technology.
- Strong team spirit, proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Preferred background in luxury retail, fashion accessories or luxury hospitality with demonstrable client-facing service experience; specific years of experience are not required but previous boutique or high-touch service roles are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in fashion, retail or customer service preferred.
