Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
  • Engage passionately with clients, placing them at the center, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to ensure proactive and growing business.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks for clients, showcasing a passion for fashion culture.
  • Establish a transparent and genuine rapport with clients, fostering unique connections.
  • Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize all available tools to optimize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit and achievements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
  • Business mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong team orientation to achieve common goals.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new applications.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proactive, passionate, with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language; additional languages preferred.
  • Open to change and sees it as an opportunity for growth and development.
