Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after‑sales service to all visitors and customers, ensuring memorable and personalised experiences.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust client portfolio through consistent clienteling, follow‑up and relationship development.
  • Identify client needs, anticipate future requests and create personalised silhouettes and styling suggestions.
  • Drive individual sales and KPIs through a business‑minded, entrepreneurial approach to selling.
  • Use available digital tools and sales applications effectively to optimise business opportunities and client outreach.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, maintaining the Maison’s image and standards.
  • Support front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to enhance store performance and team spirit.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience preferred in luxury fashion/accessory retail, hospitality or high‑end customer service.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a demonstrable business or entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Personal passion for fashion, styling and the ability to create tailored client looks.
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills in English or local languages.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new applications.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and solution‑oriented attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to shared goals.
