Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
  • Engage passionately with clients, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients, showcasing a passion for fashion culture.
  • Foster genuine connections with clients through transparent communication.
  • Utilize available tools effectively to maximize business opportunities.
  • Support both front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit and achievements.
  • Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • A strong personal taste and passion for fashion culture.
  • A natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

Skills

Proficiency with tools and applications, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Proactive, enthusiastic, and problem-solving attitude. Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and the local language. Adaptability to change and a growth-oriented mindset.

Experience
