Role & Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.

  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service environments, preferably in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • A natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.

Skills

Personal taste and passion for fashion culture. Proficiency with tools and applications, with a quick learning ability for new technologies. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, enthusiastic, and problem-solving attitude. Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and the local language.

Experience

Preferred experience in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
