Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and after-sales support to cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a proactive client portfolio to generate repeat business and grow sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through an entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach.
- Create tailored styling solutions and present versatile, timeless looks that reflect the Maison’s aesthetic.
- Use available business tools and retail applications to identify and optimize commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with front- and back-of-house colleagues to support store operations and foster team performance.
- Adhere to company policies, visual standards and operational procedures at all times.
- Communicate professionally and transparently with clients and colleagues to strengthen brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in luxury fashion/accessory retail, upscale customer service or luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion, styling and client-facing service.
- Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit and target-driven orientation.
- Strong team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable with retail technology and quick to adapt to new tools and applications.
- Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with high levels of professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Open to change and committed to continuous development.
Skills
Experience
Previous client-facing experience in luxury retail or luxury hospitality is preferred; no strict minimum tenure specified.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in fashion, retail or related fields is advantageous.
