Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
  • Engage with clients passionately, placing them at the center, identifying their needs, and anticipating future requests.
  • Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients, demonstrating passion for fashion culture.
  • Maintain a transparent and genuine attitude with clients, fostering unique connections.
  • Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize all available tools to optimize business opportunities.
  • Support and collaborate with front and back-of-house teams, enhancing overall team spirit.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing high-quality service in a client-facing role, preferably in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
  • Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong team spirit to achieve common goals.
  • Comfortable with using tools and applications, and quick to adapt to new technology.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proactive, passionate, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language; additional languages preferred.
  • Open-minded and driven by creativity.
