Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service to achieve individual and store targets.
- Develop and sustain enduring client relationships through proactive prospecting, clienteling and personalised service.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and awareness of market and fashion trends to articulate the house's point of difference.
- Uphold brand image and presentation standards including grooming, visual merchandising and client-facing protocols.
- Support store management with operational processes, compliance, stock control and inventories.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive working environment and assist colleagues as required.

Experience
