Role & Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
• Ensure organization, grooming, and appearance standards are met.
• Support management in key in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
• Assist with back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
