Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on client needs and anticipating future requests.
  • Develop a comprehensive client portfolio to ensure proactive business growth.
  • Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion looks for clients, showcasing a passion for fashion culture.
  • Communicate transparently and genuinely with clients, establishing unique connections.
  • Engage professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize all available tools effectively to optimize business opportunities.
  • Support front and back-of-house teams proactively, fostering overall team spirit.
  • Adhere to and implement all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service sectors such as fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
