Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.

  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
  • Foster genuine and transparent relationships with clients.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
  • Support front and back-of-house teams and contribute to team spirit.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service environments, such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong personal taste and passion for fashion culture.
  • Natural business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

Skills

Proficiency with tools and applications, with a quick learning curve for new technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Proactive, enthusiastic, and problem-solving attitude. Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and the local language. Adaptability to change and willingness to grow and develop.

Experience
