Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house client service and expert after‑sales care to cultivate long‑term relationships.
  • Proactively build and manage a personalised client portfolio through clienteling, follow-ups and outreach to secure recurring business.
  • Drive individual sales targets and store KPIs by adopting a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Offer bespoke styling and product advice, creating personalised, timeless looks aligned with Maison codes.
  • Use CRM, POS and digital clienteling tools to identify business opportunities and optimise conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with front- and back-of-house colleagues, supporting service standards and team objectives.
  • Communicate professionally and transparently with clients and colleagues, representing brand values and image.
  • Adhere to company policies, visual merchandising standards and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within fashion, accessories retail, luxury hospitality or premium customer service (preferred).
  • Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
  • Passion for fashion and styling, with the ability to create personalised looks and advise clients on product choices.
  • Excellent communication, active listening and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to adopt new technologies.

Experience

Preferred: prior experience in luxury retail, fashion or high-end hospitality with demonstrable client service and sales results; experience building a client portfolio is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion merchandising or hospitality is advantageous.
