Saint Laurent is seeking a Client Advisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves maximizing sales, providing exceptional service, and acting as a brand ambassador for the renowned luxury fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
Uphold organization, grooming, and appearance standards in accordance with guidelines.
Support management with in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
Contribute to back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury goods or retail.

Skills
