Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
- Cultivate new client relationships while strengthening existing ones.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
- Uphold organization, grooming, and appearance standards in line with company guidelines.
- Support management in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.
