Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and analyze omnichannel data including Order in Store, Pick up in Store, Ship-from-Store, Reserve in Store, and Book an Appointment.
  • Develop and update dashboards to track adoption, conversion, ROI, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify key trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities across markets.
  • Analyze customer behaviors and store performance to provide operational recommendations.
  • Prepare and present analyses in meetings with regional and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the deployment of new omnichannel services, tools, and processes.
  • Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment of actions.
  • Participate in user testing, guideline drafting, and change management support.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school.
  • Strong interest in the luxury sector, retail, and digital professions.
  • Previous experience in omnichannel or analytical projects is a plus.

Skills

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in handling large data sets and generating insights. Dynamic, organized, meticulous, and proactive. Strong interpersonal skills with a preference for teamwork in an international environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is appreciated. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Experience

A first experience in omnichannel or analytical projects is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business school.
