Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
- Set and monitor individual and team objectives aligned with commercial goals.
- Ensure a unique and high-quality customer experience, fostering client loyalty.
- Implement and oversee clienteling activities to maintain customer engagement.
- Analyze key performance indicators and provide corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct monthly reporting to the regional management and actively participate in bi-monthly regional meetings.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the boutique's impeccable image and adherence to brand standards.
- Communicate strategic directions to the team and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and continuously seek improvements.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in store management.
- Strong managerial approach with a focus on team development.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
