Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire enthusiasm for Women's Ready-to-Wear both internally and externally.
- Support the development and execution of seasonal buying strategies.
- Assist in curating market-specific assortments aligned with brand vision.
- Partner with the buyer to analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor business by store and SKU to optimize stock levels.
- Support core replenishment strategy and inventory optimization.
- Prepare business recaps with clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with global teams on product feedback, pricing strategy, and market needs.
- Act as a liaison between regional and global partners.
- Develop strong partnerships with store leaders to gather feedback.
- Lead and support in-store product trainings.
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and client profiles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-Commerce, Operations, and other departments.
Qualifications
- Deep passion for the brand and Women's Ready-to-Wear category.
- Strong appreciation for luxury product and design.
- Demonstrated business acumen with solid retail math expertise.
- Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence partners.
- 3–4 years of buying experience within luxury retail (RTW preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as needed.
