Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
  • Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Ensure the professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
  • Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
  • Serve as the training ambassador for all training needs.
  • Build a network of influential individuals in the luxury business to enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent time management skills. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies. Effective communication and networking skills.

Experience

2 to 4 years of managerial experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
