Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
  • Promote brand engagement to ensure quantitative and qualitative goals are met.
  • Facilitate professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
  • Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
  • Serve as the training ambassador for all training needs.
  • Cultivate a network of influential individuals in the luxury business to enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent time management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in customer service and sales strategies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
