Saint Laurent seeks an Assistant Store Director in The Woodlands, USA to lead sales, coaching and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and store KPIs.
  • Promote Saint Laurent brand engagement and deliver an elevated client experience that secures customer loyalty.
  • Coach, develop and train store staff using a structured, hands-on approach; act as the store training ambassador.
  • Define targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and monitor performance to ensure achievement.
  • Support the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, visual merchandising, customer service standards and operational functions within the boutique.
  • Cultivate a local and international network of contacts to strengthen the store’s luxury client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling luxury goods or in premium retail environments.
  • 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams and drive performance through development and objective-setting.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 2 to 4 years of progressive managerial experience in retail, preferably within the luxury goods sector, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing teams.

Education
