Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote brand engagement to ensure quantitative and qualitative goals are met.
• Oversee floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
• Ensure exceptional client service by training staff on service standards and managing escalated inquiries.
• Build a network to promote customer loyalty within the luxury business.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and collections to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial retail position.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is advantageous.
