Assistant Store Director
Saint Laurent is hiring an Assistant Store Director in New York (57th Street). Lead sales and operations — $115,000–$140,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in daily leadership of the store, acting as second-in-command and assuming full operational responsibility as required.
- Lead Department Manager(s) and the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and qualitative service standards.
- Define, cascade and monitor targeted quantitative and qualitative goals, driving performance through data-informed action.
- Coach, develop and train store staff using a hands-on, ambassadorial approach to learning and professional growth.
- Oversee floor coverage, visual merchandising standards, clienteling and customer service to ensure a differentiated luxury experience.
- Manage operational functions including staffing, scheduling, inventory control and compliance with store procedures.
- Forge and maintain a local and international network of influential contacts to enhance client acquisition and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with substantive knowledge of high-end client expectations.
- 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position (assistant store director, store manager, or similar).
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability with experience developing departmental managers and sales teams.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus.

Experience
Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales, with 2–4 years in a managerial retail role demonstrating successful team leadership and achievement of sales targets.
