Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Director in managing floor operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Sell collections, focusing on VIP clientele, and analyze sales performance.
- Support the Store Director in reporting to headquarters and sharing information with staff.
- Ensure efficient stock rotation and monitor local competition.
- Lead Department Managers in achieving sales targets and implementing action plans.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, fostering a motivated and competent team.
- Manage employee relations and support professional growth through coaching and training.
- Promote brand culture and ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image.
- Oversee compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards, and manage inventory activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Successful track record in team management and goal setting.
