Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Promote brand engagement to ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
  • Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
  • Serve as the training ambassador for all training needs.
  • Build a network to promote customer loyalty and impact the luxury business locally and internationally.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

Skills

Excellent time management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies.

Experience

2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
