Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Department Manager and retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and store KPIs.
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and implement action plans to secure results.
- Support the Store Director in planning floor coverage, driving sales, supervising visual merchandising and ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Act as the training ambassador: identify learning needs, deliver coaching and ensure continuous professional development across the team.
- Oversee operational functions including store standards, inventory control and compliance with company processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international stakeholders to cultivate client loyalty and high-value business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or high-end retail.
- 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop talent.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus.
