Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Assist the Store Director in visual merchandising displays.
- Act as a representative of the Store Director, executing tasks from headquarters and the Store Director.
- Sell collections, with a focus on VIC/VIP clients.
- Analyze sales results and set up yearly assessments.
- Communicate relevant information from headquarters to the Store Director and staff.
- Ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse.
- Monitor the business environment and local competition, sharing insights with staff.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reports to the Store Director.
- Support customer recruitment, development, and retention efforts.
- Implement and follow up on action plans defined by HQ and the Store Director.
- Update sales staff on KPIs and support them in achieving these targets.
- Assist in team building and ensure team motivation and competence.
- Plan and organize activities to manage workload efficiently.
- Motivate and challenge the team daily.
- Support training and development of the sales team with clear goals and feedback.
- Manage and support Department Managers in their activities.
- Ensure staff professional growth through coaching and development plans.
- Maintain store standards in line with corporate image.
- Support inventory management and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the store.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Commitment to innovation and project participation.
- Extensive experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
- Proven team management skills, including goal setting and delegation.
- Sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Precision and organizational skills.
