Role & Responsibilities
- Track and analyse women’s footwear performance: detailed sell‑in and sell‑out reporting by product, region, period and client.
- Support the development of seasonal collections and prepare logistical materials for product development meetings.
- Manage sketches and photography assets throughout the product development cycle.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of sales showrooms, including setup and inventory management of prototypes.
- Produce sales and qualitative post‑showroom reports and analyses.
- Create showroom sales tools (product catalogues, material books) and assist with ongoing competitive intelligence (pricing, product, communication, distribution).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business school or a specialised Master’s in Fashion.
- Prior internship or first professional experience in luxury retail, merchandising or product within fashion desirable.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
- Strong numerical literacy with proven comfort handling sales and performance data.
- Excellent organisation, teamwork, interpersonal skills, flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Experience
A first internship or entry-level experience within luxury fashion merchandising or product is preferred, demonstrating product sensitivity and exposure to sales reporting or showroom operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (business school) or Master’s degree specialised in Fashion.
