Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in buying sessions, including training and product selection.
  • Prepare necessary documents for the showroom.
  • Assist in creating Buying Debriefs and Buying Strategies post-buying sessions.
  • Develop weekly and monthly sales reports and carry-over reports.
  • Create best-seller reports and update inventory and sold-out reports across different sites.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Support and monitor the preparation of collection launches, ensuring product listings are online.
  • Maintain consistency and presentation of the product catalog, including descriptions.
  • Update visual merchandising for brand websites and specific localized galleries.
  • Act as the primary contact for Customer Service, addressing daily client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
  • Ideally, a significant first experience in e-commerce.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Impeccable spelling and grammar. Strong organizational, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous qualities. Team spirit and efficiency.

Experience

A significant first experience in e-commerce is ideal.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
