Role & Responsibilities

  • Reconcile General Expenses invoices using Purchase To Pay software (Esker) and analyze discrepancies.
  • Manage payment campaigns and ensure compliance with payment approvals and deadlines.
  • Analyze supplier accounts during financial closing.
  • Organize and archive accounting documents.
  • Conduct bank reconciliation analysis using SAP (FEBAN).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP and Purchase To Pay software (Esker).
  • Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills for document management.

Experience
