Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile General Expenses invoices using Purchase To Pay software (Esker) and analyze discrepancies.
- Manage payment campaigns and ensure compliance with payment approvals and deadlines.
- Analyze supplier accounts during financial closing.
- Organize and archive accounting documents.
- Conduct bank reconciliation analysis using SAP (FEBAN).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP and Purchase To Pay software (Esker).
- Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills for document management.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
