Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-touch client service to prospective and returning customers in a boutique showroom environment.
  • Drive sales performance by qualifying clients, recommending appropriate timepieces, and closing transactions to meet or exceed store targets.
  • Explain provenance, certification, condition reports, and warranties for pre-owned watches, demonstrating credible horological knowledge.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, ensuring inventory is displayed and secured according to brand guidelines.
  • Process sales and returns accurately using point-of-sale systems; manage cash handling and daily reconciliations where applicable.
  • Build and maintain client records through clienteling and CRM tools; follow up on enquiries, offers, and after-sales service requests.
  • Collaborate with inventory and refurbishment teams to support stock intake, authentication checks, and quality control.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for client-facing retail roles; experience in luxury goods or watches strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrable numeracy and attention to detail for handling transactions and documenting inventory.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
