Watchfinder in London is hiring a Sales Advisor to deliver expert client service and drive luxury watch sales in a boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high‑net‑worth and enthusiast customers, building long‑term relationships and clienteling databases.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, targeted upselling and cross‑selling of watches and ancillary services.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge across brands, movements and provenance, articulating features, condition and service history to clients.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and paperwork accurately while adhering to company policies on authentication and provenance.
  • Support visual merchandising, stock rotation and inventory controls to present product assortments to luxury standards and safeguard high‑value merchandise.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales and repairs teams to ensure seamless client experiences and follow up on service or authenticity enquiries.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury goods, jewellery or watches; typically 1–3 years preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
  • Strong numerical literacy and experience handling high‑value transactions securely.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional presentation, impeccable communication skills and a client‑centric disposition.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience in luxury goods, watches or jewellery is preferred. Candidates with demonstrable sales results and a background in high‑value transaction environments will be advantaged.

Education

Minimum secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent); further study in retail, hospitality or sales disciplines is advantageous but not mandatory.
