Overview

Watchfinder is a specialist retailer in pre‑owned luxury watches, combining horological expertise with a digitally led retail experience. Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap across digital and retail touchpoints, aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
  • Lead discovery and delivery of new features, translating customer insight into clear requirements and prioritized backlog items.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with engineering, UX, merchandising, marketing and operations to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
  • Manage Agile product processes: user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning and release management.
  • Monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics (conversion, AOV, retention) and drive continuous optimization.
  • Oversee third‑party integrations and supplier relationships to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress and impact to senior stakeholders and partner teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred but not required.
  • Professional experience in product management within e‑commerce or retail; prior exposure to luxury goods or watches strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate customer insight and commercial priorities into product outcomes.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills with clear, persuasive communication.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Scrum/Product Owner certification is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of product management experience in e‑commerce, digital product or retail environments; demonstrable success delivering features that improved commercial KPIs. Experience in the luxury sector or watch market is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field; postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc) is advantageous.
